Utilization and sustainability

Housing unit concept

This is what makes us different from the traditional market:

1) A new classification system
We also developed a new measure system based on “housing units”. A housing unit consists of about 60 m2 of net living space. This system opens the door to a huge number of optimizations in terms of costs, time, flexibility, transparency and sustainability.

2) Connection
Every housing unit will have its own connections – access, drinking water, sewage, energy, sound and acoustic insulation, fire safety, etc. – The starting and base point is calculated as a studio – or 2 1/2 room apartment. This provides an optimally stable and sustainable basis.

3) Flexibility
This new system can be adjusted at any time to local, economic, and personal needs. This positively influences risks and costs, also provides long term benefits, improving old aged life quality.

OCTOPUS strength relies on its flexibility. This will vastly improve the common welfare.

Utilization opportunities

Investment

A new chapter is being written in the history of real estate investment. Costs, transparency, flexibility and sustainability are being totally redefined.
Investments will now be characterized by the following:

1) Costs
The large number of optimizations will lead to a significant fall in costs, maintaining the same high-quality standards. Transparency will be highly regarded, in order to ensure cost savings opportunities.

2) Flexibility
Flexibility reduces risks related to the ups and downs of the market, granting the possibility to always react correctly. If necessary, adjustments can be made at a later date.

3) Risks
OCTOPUS reduces risks to a minimum. Transparency and clear interfaces between our peers allow us to be flexible and quickly respond to changes in the market.

4) Returns
Return is the measure of all things for investors. Our integrated system offers transparency, optimization, controlling, flexibility and sustainability for all the parts involved.

1) Design
Regarding the floor plan of the project, it has no negative aspects in relation to traditional options. However its utilization offers very positive gains.

2) Type of building The Special OCTOPUS:
• Facade: Traditional options
Interior design: Traditional options

Design

Types of buildings

1) Emergency accommodation
This is the simplest and least expensive Building type, and offers initial emergency accommodation in refugee camps, or other situations. The emergency home is designed so that it can be re-used at a later date, when preparing, starting and reconstructing people’s own country.

2) Single family home
Currently, options for financing one’s own home are limited in the current situation using traditional methods. We, instead, offer affordable housing and financing options for home ownership.

3) Villas / luxury homes
Villas built in this way should offer more comfort and better conditions in terms of ecology, technology and long-term utilization.

4) Apartment buildings
Apartment buildings should not be limited in terms of their visual design. They should once again become investment properties and attract investors, as well as offer new opportunities for retirement savings.

5) Commercial buildings
Commercial buildings need to combine ecology, well-being, cost management and economic use under one roof. Improved flexibility and innovation will become the market standard.

Bauweise

Die Bauweise ist wie folgt aufgebaut:

a)  Rohbau

b)  Fertigausbau

Produktion

Die Produktion ist wie folgt aufgebaut:

a)  Rohbauteilproduktion der Fertigung
